INNISFIL, Ontario — The hard work paid off for Chris Allard, as he finally made his way back to Sunset Speedway victory lane for the first time this season.

Allard took advantage of his track position following qualifying, pacing all 20 laps of the feature en route to the victory. He did not have it easy, with Kris Khan on his heels ready to back-up his win from a couple weeks ago. Khan’s teammate Jay Cutting was a close-behind third ahead of Austyn Jennett and Jordan Owen.

Steve Oakes continues to show more speed with a sixth ahead of Nick Reece, Matt McGrath, Calvin Reesor, and Jeff Oakes.
