Jacob Booth Scores First Triumph of Season at Sunset Speedway

INNISFIL, Ontario — After showing speed all year to date and coming close to winning, Jacob Booth has done it – he pulled into Super Stock feature victory lane on Saturday night at Sunset Speedway.

Booth was the man to beat, leading all 30 laps en route to the victory as he kept a healthy distance from his competitors, not letting the heavyweights of the division make their way to his back bumper.

It looked as though early Johnny Morrison would be able to mount a charge, but although coming close, not came of it as he crossed the finish line in second. Coltin Everingham made his way from the back of the field for third.

Paul Pepper out-battled Bailey Jacobs in a late-race side-by-side affair for fourth, while Connor Maltese was sixth in front of Mark Gordon and Cole Burrows.
