Connor Pritiko Uses Last Lap Bump-and-Run for AC Delco Canada Day Classic Victory

LONDON, Ontario — Running up front all race long, Connor Pritiko made his move on the last lap to win the APC Auto Parts United Late Models of Ontario AC Delco Canada Day Classic at Delaware Speedway.

Having proven he knows his way around Delaware after winning there last September, Pritiko kept himself within the top-five throughout the 100-lap distance, within striking distance of the leader. He made his move on the last lap, closing in on Kyle Steckly and giving him a bump off of turn two. He then ran him wide through the last corner, crossing the finish line ahead for the win.

Steckly, who won the series’ previous event at Flamboro Speedway, was scored in second ahead of Shae Gemmell, Taylor Holdaway and Josh Stade. Junior Farrelly continues his strong start to 2025 with a sixth in front of Cole Quinton, Cory McAllister, Jo Lawrence, and Cory Luciano.

Delaware regular Lloyd Rawlings for 11th, followed by Kendra Adams, Tyler Di Venanzo, and Dale Shaw. Jake Sheridan was 15th after mechanical issues in the late stages, ahead of Jonathan Aarts, Ray Morneau, and Mike Bentley.
