SAUBLE BEACH, Ontario — Taking the lead just before halfway, Tom Gibbons led the rest of the laps en route to winning the Late Model feature at Sauble Speedway.

Gibbons would qualify second for the 40-lap event, putting him on the outside of the front row coming to the green flag. He quickly slotted into the second spot, and began stalking the race leader. He would get alongside Ty Cavallin with 12 laps on the board, completing the pass four laps later. Gibbons then led the rest of the way en route to scoring the checkered flag.

Ty Cavallin held on for a second-place finish ahead of Chris Howse, who was able to keep Kayden Wright at bay in the final laps. Ollie Ferguson rounded out the top-five.

Derek Russell was sixth in front of Austin Findley, Matt Johnston, Trevor Thompson, and Rob Wark.
