INNISFIL, Ontario — It seems there’s no stopping Josh Davenport this season at Sunset Speedway, as he picked up another feature win in the Jr Late Models on Saturday.

It did not appear he would make it happen on Saturday initially, as Oliver Gibbons was ready to throw a wrinkle in those plans after beating Davenport for the heat victory, and grabbing the early advantage in the feature. He cruised out to the lead, holding a steady advantage over the field until a late-race caution came out for a spin.

The restart was all Josh Davenport needed, as he was able to get alongside and put the No. 30 out front, pacing the final laps en route to picking up the feature victory. Keegan Moat rebounded from his spin to make the late-race pass for second, with Oliver Gibbons completing the podium.

Ronnie Mason out-battled Landon Styruyk for fourth, while Rylan Kamrath placed sixth after scoring his first career heat victory earlier in the evening. Morgan Moore was seventh despite being involved in an incident during qualifying in front of Curtis Styruk.

Jackson Baker was involved in the qualifying incident with Moore, but made it back out for the feature to complete the field of nine.
