PETERBOROUGH, Ontario — In a pair of non-winners races added to the Autumn Colours Classic, it’d be Chandler Bos and Daniel Hawn picking up the wins on Friday night.
Starting on the outside of the front row, Chandler Bos took the lead on Lap 1 of the 15-lap non-winners race for the Mini Stocks, pacing all the laps en route to picking up the checkered flag. Rob Crick made the last lap pass for second ahead of Coleridge Phinnemore, Bob Phinnemore, and Wayde Thorne. The battle for sixth on-back raged on throughout the full event, with Kris Inglis coming out on top in front of Tyler Croft, Bob Stewart, and Carol Dawson.
It was the same type of story in the Super Stock edition, with Daniel Hawn parlaying the pole into pacing all 15 laps en route to victory. Jacob Booth out-battled Rob Richards for second, and closed the gap between himself and Hawn was unable to find a way by. Paul Boundy took third on Lap 8 ahead of Richards and Cole Burrows. Donovan Price and Brad Lavalle rounded out the field.
