SAUBLE BEACH, Ontario — It looked like it’d be another walk in the park for Cole Kamrath, but that wasn’t meant to be the case as he held off a pair of hard charging competitors while weaving through traffic to win the Jr Late Model feature at Sauble Speedway on Saturday night.
Cole Kamrath won the first heat ahead of Wyatt Sprung, Caleb McConnel, and Oliver Gibbons.
Thomas Gibbons was victorious in the second qualifier in front of Josh Davenport, Carter Kamrath, and Violet White.

Josh Davenport was victorious in the final qualifier in front of Thomas Gibbons, Carter Kamrath, and White.
When it came time for the main event, Cole Kamrath wasted no time taking the lead and beginning to stretch out the advantage. He kept a sizable gap over the field until the final five, where it began to shrink with the pair behind utilizing the draft. It almost worked to their advantage as they were able to almost come up to his bumper, when Kamrath used the high line to get around traffic ahead and snag the victory.
Wyatt Sprung finished second ahead of Caleb McConnel, Josh Davenport, Oliver Gibbons, Thomas Gibbons, Carter Kamrath, and Violet White.
