PETERBOROUGH, Ontario — The speed remains in the Mini Stock for Brandon Feeney, as evident by a podium finish on Saturday night at Peterborough Speedway.

The speed was there from the drop of the first green flag on the night, as Feeney led laps in the first heat en route to a close runner-up finish. He kept it rolling to the second qualifier, picking up a third.

Starting up front for the 20 lap feature, Feeney ran inside the top-three throughout the event, posting his personal best of the night on Lap 3 while in the runner-up spot. Ultimately, he came up short on his bid for the checkered flag with a third-place finish.

It marks his second straight podium with the Mini Stock following a third on August 5.
