PETERBOROUGH, Ontario — Battling up front weekly paid off for Brandon Feeney with another top-five finish on Saturday night at Peterborough Speedway.

He started off the night by placing fourth in the first heat, followed by a runner-up in the second qualifier.

Looking to carry the momentum into the feature, he started off up front battling for the top spot. Although he faded back a bit as the laps counted up on the board, Feeney never gave up and was able to cross the finish line with a fifth-place finish.

Notably, dating back to last year, he has scored 21 top-10 finishes in the super stock, including 10 top-five’s over the last 17 events. He currently sits third in the standings, 32 points out of the lead.
