
The season keeps getting sweeter for Daniel Montanari as he picked up another Signs of Innovation Mini Stock feature victory on Saturday night.
Dylan Holmes won the first heat ahead of Samantha Shaw, Curtis Stewart, Cameron McGlashan, Johnny Paradzinski, Chandler Bos, Doug Wilman, Peter Inglis, and Rob Welles.
Daniel Montanari edged out Tyler Seaboyer to win the second heat ahead of Bob Phinnemore, Alex Hastie, Ken Townsend, Eric Rainey, Jason D’Antimo, Taylor Thring, and C.K. Thompson.
Samantha Shaw won the third heat ahead of Holmes, McGlashan, Paradzinski, Bos, Stewart, Wilman, Wakeling, and Welles.
The fourth heat featured a quick yellow at Lap 5 as Thompson spun off turn four. Daniel Montanari went for the daily double ahead of Seaboyer, Phinnemore, Hastie, Rainey, Townsend, D’Antimo, Thring, and Thompson.
Come feature time, Curtis Stewart started pole ahead of Bob Phinnemore, Cameron McGlashan, Chandler Bos, Eric Rainey, Samantha Shaw, Tyler Seaboyer, Daniel Montanari, Dylan Holmes, Alex Hastie, Taylor Thring, Peter Inglis, Jason D’Antimo, Ken Townsend, Rob Welles, Doug Wilman, and C.K. Thompson.
Phinnemore grabbed the lead on the opening lap with McGlashan and Stewart side-by-side for second. McGlashan got the spot, with Shaw getting alongside Stewart for third. Behind them, Seaboyer would take the fifth spot on Lap 3, with Holmes looking to follow him through by Bos.
At the front, McGlashan tracked down Phinnemore for the lead, getting alongside with just four laps on the board as Shaw ran third ahead of Seaboyer. The battle for the top spot would get interesting two laps later, with contact happening between the front runners. This would allow Shaw to slip by to take the top spot, with Phinnemore slowing to a stop a lap later for the yellow flag. With 20 laps to go, Shaw led Holmes, Montanari, Hastie, Seaboyer, Stewart, Bos, McGlashan, Rainey, Townsend, Wilman, D’Antimo, and Thring.
Holmes would get a good restart to take the lead with Hastie and Montanari taking Shaw three-wide for second. Montanari got the spot on Lap 8, with Shaw moving into third ahead of Seaboyer and Hastie. Montanari would then track down Holmes for the lead, getting alongside at Lap 11, taking the lead two laps later.
At the halfway mark, Montanari led Holmes as Shaw and Seaboyer battled for third, with Shaw holding off the challenge. Hastie ran fifth ahead of McGlashan, Stewart, Bos, and Townsend as Wilman and Rainey battled for 10th.
Daniel Montanari picked up the victory ahead of Dylan Holmes, Samantha Shaw, Tyler Seaboyer, Alex Hastie, and Curtis Stewart who made the pass on the last lap by Cameron McGlashan. Chandler Bos finished eighth ahead of Ken Townsend, Doug Wilman, Eric Rainey, Jason D’Antimo, Peter Wakeling, Taylor Thring, C.K. Thompson, Rob Welles, and Bob Phinnemore.
