Robert Toope put together another solid run on Saturday night, posting his third straight top-20 finish at Sunset Speedway.

Toope started off the night by finishing sixth in his first heat, followed by a seventh in his second qualifier.

As a result, he would have to start 21st for the 25-lap feature. He was able to move forward a little bit on the start, running 20th as of the first caution at the halfway mark. He then avoided a problem by another competitor on the first restart, followed by a pass on Eric Rainey to cross the finish line in the 19th position.

Toope will be hope to continue improving this coming weekend at Sunset Speedway on June 17.
